Food Biochemistry and Microbiology

Microbiology and biochemistry have several differences in that microbiology is concerned with the characteristics of microscopic organisms while biochemistry is concerned with biochemical processes and reactions in all living organisms. Food microbiology comprehends the study of microorganisms that colonise, modify, and process, or contaminate and spoil food.
